Phil took the extra step to navigate PC Building Dept for permits on our behalf and they kept to our tight timeline so no rental revenues were lost. In 2016 - 2017 we have built 7 Quick Quack Car Washes along the Wasatch Front. We have had the need to do some asphalt work on the different sites.
